2026 President Message
First of all, I’d like to express my gratitude for being entrusted with the role of President for 2026 at JCI Malacca City Entrepreneur. I also want to thank our past presidents for their unwavering support and selfless contributions, as well as the valuable knowledge and guidance they’ve shared along the way. Few of the past president is forever my mentor which is Danni Piong, Terry Tey and Ken Lee. They are my dictionary in JCI life. In addition, I also want to thank my family for their constant encouragement and support. And also, my girlfriend, Joey Ang, she also help a lot behind the scenes and assisted me in completing some goals.
Our chapter is now the largest in JCI Malaysia, and of course, this achievement is also due to our past presidents, who have guided us step by step to where we are today. The unity of our chapter is also thanks to their support and encouragement, and all of this has made us the largest chapter today. Our chapter’s members are also our greatest asset; they drive us forward and give us our charm. We are truly grateful for all our members’ encouragement, support, and love for our chapter.
As for my theme, “Unity in Action,” it’s not just about cohesion but also about collaboratively achieving our projects, activities, and goals. This collective effort ensures that everyone feels involved and that our team grows stronger together. In terms of business development, we’ll place greater emphasis on activities like business networking, corporate visits, and connecting with various enterprises, thereby enhancing our platform and bringing tangible benefits to our members. We also encourage members to share their business needs so we can foster mutual growth.
Regarding community development, we aim to amplify our impact in 2026, making sure that our initiatives truly give back to society and help solve real problems. Our flagship projects will continue to be refined, and we hope that these improvements will inspire and benefit even more people.
When it comes to individual development, we’ll focus on the skills that are most relevant today, such as AI knowledge and how to leverage it, as well as utilizing social media platforms like Rednote to boost one’s personal brand. We want our members to grow and showcase their potential, and we’ll provide them with the resources to do so.
Finally, in terms of international affairs, we’ll seek to establish more sister chapters and learn from diverse cultures around the world. By engaging with sister chapters, we can bring back positive elements and further enhance our own chapter. Additionally, international connections will open up opportunities for our members, whether it’s for cultural exchange or business ventures.
Lastly, in terms of local organization management, we’ll focus on making our internal operations more refined and human-centered. We want every member to feel valued and connected. We hope that in 2026, our members will
actively participate in our events, strengthening our unity even further.
Moving on to our 2026 board of directors, I’m excited to work with a team that has developed strong friendships and bonds within JCI Malacca City Entrepreneur. Together, we’ll strive to elevate our chapter and make all members feel the sense of belonging that a true family brings.
Thank you for being part of this vision—Unity in Action!
